Balance, Strength & Flexibility
Longevity is not just about how long you live — it is how well you move. Our balance, strength, and flexibility program is built around the physical capacities that matter most as we age: stability, muscle, and mobility.
How it works
We assess gait, balance, grip strength, and range of motion, then build a progressive plan that can include guided exercise, mobility work, and supportive therapies like red light and acoustic wave therapy to aid recovery. Progress is measured, not guessed.
