Aesthetic Rejuvenation
Hair Restoration
Hair loss has many causes — genetics, hormones, stress, and age among them. As a physician-led medical spa, we look for the cause first, and your plan can — and often does — include prescription medications alongside non-surgical rejuvenation or surgical restoration.
How it works
Prescription medications are the foundation of most hair restoration plans, because they address the hormonal driver of pattern hair loss. We layer in scalp PRP, exosome treatments, red light therapy, and medical-grade topicals to support growth. For patients who are good candidates, surgical hair restoration relocates healthy follicles to thinning areas for permanent, natural-looking density.

Combination therapy
Men & women · topical
Topical minoxidil

Often used alongside prescription treatment.
FDA-approved, available over the counter
Lab monitoring
- Baseline PSA for men over 40 starting finasteride or dutasteride
- Potassium checks for women taking spironolactone
- Regular follow-up to track growth and review side effects
Medications are prescribed only after a physician evaluation and are not right for everyone. Finasteride, dutasteride, and spironolactone are not used during pregnancy or by those who may become pregnant. We review benefits, risks, and side effects with you before starting any prescription.

Common questions
Will my hair restoration plan include prescription medication?
Often, yes. As a physician-led practice, we can prescribe medications such as finasteride for men or low-dose oral minoxidil and spironolactone for women when they are appropriate, and combine them with in-clinic treatments.
When will I see new hair growth?
Hair grows slowly. Most patients see visible change in three to six months, with peak benefit from medication at twelve to eighteen months. Transplanted hair matures over about twelve months.
Do I have to stay on hair loss medication?
Pattern hair loss is ongoing, so treatment is too. If medication is stopped, hair loss typically resumes within six to twelve months.
Is hair restoration available for women?
Yes. Pattern thinning affects roughly 40% of women by midlife, and we offer women-specific prescription and non-surgical options.
