Exosome Therapy
Exosomes are tiny vesicles cells use to communicate. They carry proteins, lipids, and genetic signals that help coordinate repair. At Reserve 239, exosomes are delivered by our medical team — including surgically guided delivery where precision matters — as part of a broader regenerative plan.
How it works
After a consultation and assessment, exosomes are applied topically after microneedling, injected, or delivered under guidance to a targeted area. The aim is to amplify the body’s natural signaling for collagen production, follicle activity, and tissue recovery. Exosome therapy is an emerging field; we are transparent about what the evidence does and does not yet show.

Common questions
Are exosomes FDA approved?
No exosome product is currently FDA approved to treat any disease. We use sourced products for regenerative and aesthetic applications under physician supervision and will discuss the current state of evidence during your consultation.
How many exosome sessions will I need?
Many protocols use a series of two to four sessions spaced several weeks apart, but your plan is personalized after your consultation.
Is there downtime after exosome therapy?
Topical and injectable treatments typically involve mild redness or tenderness for a day or two. Guided or surgical delivery may require more recovery, which we review with you in advance.
